红河集运站储装运系统封闭改造工程设计

Technology Reformation for Storage Loading and Transport System of Honghe Freight station

摘要: 为了提高红河集运站工作效率、减少生产煤尘对周边环境影响,针对原红河集运站露天堆场和装载机装车两个问题,采用封闭式储煤场和快速装车系统予以解决。并对改造后生产流程、地道支护与加筋土挡墙、通风除尘、消防等进行了封闭改造工程设计。改造工程建成后,降低了生产成本,减少了煤炭倒运损失,减轻了周边环境的污染,提高了铁路装车效率,并在现有场地上增加了集运站吞吐能力,可为粗放式的铁路站台式煤炭堆场改造成高效、环保的新型现代化煤炭物流中转站提供参考意见。

Abstract: This paper do a brief introduction about the technology reformation of the honghe freight station, the project includes coal storage, loading and transport system. The original production mode of this freight station is coal open-air stacking, fork-lift truck loading railway, modified for closed coal storage yard and fast loading system. Renovation project completed, it reduces the production cost, reduces the coal transportation damage, reduces the pollution to surrounding environment, improves the efficiency of the rail loading, and increases freight station capacity. The article offers some suggestions to the other similar projects, such as how to transform the traditional coal freight station for the high efficiency and environmental modern coal logistics hub.
